We do not sell or share any customer information with third parties. Our online security provides ordering with maximum security and privacy.

SHIPPING POLICY
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 3 PM EST (excluding holidays) will ship within 2-3 business days pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 3 PM EST will begin processing on the next business day.

We are in no way responsible for any delays in shipping including local delivery errors or international customs issues.

SHIPPING COSTS

Domestic Shipping: For orders $1000 and under
$15.00 UPS Ground
$25.00 UPS 2-Day
$45.00 UPS Overnight

For overnight delivery, orders must be submitted Monday through Friday by 12PM ET. Overnight delivery orders placed on Thursday after 12PM ET through Friday 12PM ET will arrive on Monday. Overnight delivery orders placed on Friday after 11AM ET and over the weekend will arrive on Tuesday.

We use UPS for delivery, and therefore are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes. If you prefer other shipping methods, please contact us.

International Shipping: For orders $1000 and under

$30.00 USPS

We use USPS for international orders. The customer will be responsible for all taxes and customs duties. Overseas deliveries are subject to local import duties and taxes which are payable by the customer upon receipt, and maybe affected by Customs and Excise delays.

TAX
Sales tax 7% is charged to customers who are New Jersey residents.

RETURN POLICY
Returns are accepted for store credit or equal merchandise only. Returns must be made within 20 days of order date and they must be pre-authorized by phone or email prior to sending merchandise back, no exceptions. Returned merchandise must be unused and in original packaging. We do not refund shipping charges. Please keep in mind that all shipping cost is on customers. We do not accept returns after 20 days from receipt of purchase. Please send us back your purchase with a copy of invoice or receipt.

Damage/defect claims must be made within 5 business days of package arrival.
All discounted merchandise is final sale: No returns, no exchanges, or no store credit given.
